The room was ready late for our family, adding stress to our stay, but the location was fantastic and the breakfast options were adequate for all. Clean facilities helped make up for the check-in hiccup.

we had a great stay at novotel! the central location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. we especially loved the clean, spacious superior double room with sofa. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. really convenient to have a parking garage right below the hotel.

Great location near major attractions. Room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice sofa bed. Facilities included a private bathroom with shower and toiletries. Loved the free gym access and friendly staff. Breakfast had delicious options for everyone, making mornings easy for our family!

The Superior Double Room Sofa was clean and pleasant, but the window view wasn’t great—just looking at the back of the building. The room was spacious enough but felt standard for a Novotel. Overall, it was comfortable, but the lack of a nice view was a bit of a letdown.

I stayed for 9 nights and loved the central spot! Super close to restaurants and attractions, like the Mauritshuis Museum. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly. Only thing is the room felt a bit dated and could use some refurbs. But honestly, it didn't ruin the fun at all!

Our experience at the hotel was quite frustrating. The room was next to a gallery, resulting in constant noise from people passing by, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there were no amenities like bottled water or a vanity kit provided in the room, leaving us feeling like we were staying in a budget hostel rather than a reputable hotel. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and comfort.
